The food is great. It is as closed to being authentic as there is. If you enjoy spicy and bursting flavors then you gotta give this place a try. Love their beef jerkys. It's spicy but then again, it is Lao style jerky.

Parking: There is just limited parking space.

Whoa, this place makes REALLY tasty Lao food. I've become accustomed to subpar Southeast Asian restaurants in Portland, so I really wasn't expecting much when I stepped inside with my friend. The place is really nicely decorated, clean, and cute, which added to our skepticism, as a lot of authentic restaurants tend to be simple or even dingy. They offer a lot of good Lao comfort dishes, for people who are new to the cuisine as well as those who already have favorites....

We went for a retirement party that Cully catered. Everything was wonderful. The heavens beef was good, but a bit sweet for my preference but it paired well with the papaya salad and sticky rice.
I had been here before to have a light lunch. And the staff is still as amazing as always. The drinks were delicious. I had a lychee something that was so refreshing, I needed two more. No pictures because I was to busy scarfing down the food.
