“I had an online digital order that wasn't made correctly, called and spoke to who I assumed was the manager, they offered to refund or remake my order, I asked for the order to be remade, very professional, she wanted to make it right.

When I went back into the store, the Manager (red headed gal), was very professional and friendly, had my order ready, appreciate it.“

“I can’t imagine writing a bad review for a business that is run solely on the hormones and angst of teenagers. Our cheeseburger and fries were cooked to PERFECTION. My cone dipped so elegantly. My boyfriends Blizzard’s mixed and turned upside down with the grace and poise of a ballerina. I don’t know how these kids do it, but they did and exceeded our expectations. There’s a closer DQ to our house but this has immediately become our home base DQ. Thank u!!!“

“We do drive thru always, as it is easier for my elderly mother. We love their milkshakes, ice cream options, their meal deals, pepsi products, and services.

Kid-friendliness: Some locations do not have seating inside or outside, but that has never stopped my family (while growing up) to be an issue.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, again, depending on the location, but I haven't seen any Dairy Queen to have electric doors for the handicap society. However, the drive thru works for most situations.“

“Ok. Not the nicest Dairy Queen I've ever been to. It appears that the property has not had a single bit of updating since whenever it was built.

Same cruddy seating - though I am glad to see it exists at all.

I've been visiting this one for many, many years.

The Blizzards we ordered were tailored to our requirements.

The blonde lady behind the counter seemed flummoxed by us. She literally wouldn't look at me and stopped engaging to the point I had to ask her if I could pay now.

Not great.

But we did have one funny thing happen while we were there.

The young man who was assisting with the counter said an order was for JESUS. not hay-soose as it is used in the Hispanic Community. But Jesus, as in Lord and...

Where did they find this person? Was he home-schooled? Had he never been allowed to watch TV or leave the house?

Very strange.

I'm glad they're hiring folks from that community. But it was really wild.

“I've been coming to this place since I was a little kid.Basically usually average tonight.Whoever the kid is making the burgers made an outstanding burger... Take it from a guy that works a lot.And goes to a lot of burger places.This kid needs to be running some dairy .. some where everything was fresh everything was hot.. “When I pulled into this drive through I almost felt bad for how long I was taking to order, the lovely young lady on the other end of the phone named Cheyanne was very helpful with clarifying questions and was extremely patient with me while I took my order. She made my experience at this drive through a lot better, I’ve been to lots of other drive through a with terrible service but her patience made my night. Thank you Cheyanne!“

“My experience here is 100% positive because of excellent customer service from an employee named Terron. I just have to give him props for being focused on an excellent experience for customers. This is a busy Dairy Queen. I deliver for doordash and have been there several times during peak hours and observed Terron handling the stress and the pressure with grace and professionalism. Tonight I went to get something for myself, and he was very focused on me being a satisfied customer. I told him how I have watched him handling rowdy and difficult customers in the past when I picked up for doordash. And I just wanted him to know that I noticed how well he operates under pressure. I wanted to post this publicly as well. He is the only employee there that has impressed me so much that I wanted to post it on a Google review. Keep up the great work Terron!“
