I love Dairy Queen generally. I haven’t had a great experience at this particular location at all.. which is unfortunate.
This last time was rancid. (8pm sep 6th 2026)
We went in and the place reeked of cigarette smell. I thought it was the drive through (maybe someone was smoking while driving through) I get that (I’ve worked a few similar work environments myself)

Hit the drive through. It was 4:30 PM, and there was 3 cars ahead of us. I saw some diners inside, it seems like a busy place. The person that took our order was awfully terse, explaining that they were out of quite a few things. This being our second visit in a 3 month span, this is obviously the norm. I don't understand why you don't order more of the items that you constantly run out of so that you're not out. Also, the fries were old.
