Just went inside to order an ice cream cone at 7:30pm and was rudely turned away saying the lobby is closed. Not the first time I've received rude and slow service here. Will not be returning.

Random Guy (Some dude)

Ordered a cheeseburger at the drive thru. The patty was room temperature. It was not recently cooked, the buns were not warm and the cheese was not melted. It felt like I got a patty that was cooked way before I ordered any food and they just slapped it on a bun and called it good to go.Drive through, around 3:45 in the afternoon on Easter Sunday 2024.

Terribly inconsistent service and quality. Worst experience yet today with my order for two of us wrong and the owner not engaged or interested in making it correct. Even the next person in line was amazed at the general attitude of him and the staff. The Beaverton location is much much better.

Lobby closed at 8 o’clock on a Saturday night. Had over a 25 minute wait in the drive-through. I did not want to wait that long, I would not have shopped here if I knew it was gonna take eight years, but couldn’t leave because I was stuck in the drive-through, which was the only dumb way to get the food. Horrible experience

Ordered a single blizzard, took us over 40 minutes to get. Out of almost everything. Didn’t have their signature blizzard of the month. Would recommend going to another location as this one is a disaster

Good location, they always have a great selection of ice creams and desserts. I just wish they would try and keep up the cleanliness of the dining room. It would add that extra little bit of hospitality if they did that.

The slothful employees here make ordering fast food into a twenty minute ordeal. That’s just to order.There is no good reason that this company deserves your money if they’re going to treat your time like it’s as trashy as their “food”.

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but OMG I just had the weirdest/worst experience at a fast food drive thru ever. The woman taking our order was trashed! She was slurring her words, zoning out in the middle of talking to us, and we had to repeat our order about 4 or 5 times for her, and we still got the wrong order. I'm pretty sure we got someone's else order because we ordered chicken strips and a burger. But we got 3 things for fries 2 random burgers and the chicken strips. On top of that the girl had an open wound on her neck that was oozing. Someone go check in on these people, because that was wild.

For entry level job these workers really try to get it right. Encouraging words work better than criticism and complaining. The Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard is the only thing I buy though. ? It's sooo good. Especially when the Reese's are plentiful. ?

My husband got two blizzards last night. When he got them home we both knew something wasn't right in the first bite. They both tasted very off, like plastic melted in the machine or something. I tried to call to let them know but no answer. Very disappointing!

Always go for drive through service. It would be nice if more of the walk in area was converted to a second kitchen. Easily done with the current demand.No one goes here to sit down and eat, save for a few. The dining room is wasted space. The food is good but the drive through needs to be helped.
