Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the closest location to me. Which is still 20 mins away.. multiple times I’ve came & ice cream isn’t working. Or only chocolate is available. Disappointing often.. if my kids didn’t love it I wouldn’t be back

Very unfortunate I bought 2 orange cream large shakes and was about 15+miles away from location when I noticed a hair in one of the shakes I called and talked to someone on the phone and they said no problem come in we'll take care of it. Well they didn't say that I had to come in that day right then and there and I was 15 mi away already so the next day I went in and went through the drive-thru and explain myself and what happened and I was told to come back and whoever it was to help me she said she was the regional manager or something like that for this area and was kind of rude and told me that I had to come in a day of and bring the shake back for them to see it and basically told me I was out my money I actually contacted the CEO of dairy Queen Troy bader on June 5th 2025 I wrote him an email personally explaining the situation and someone from dairy Queen said that they were going to look into it but unfortunately I didn't even hear back from them. It sucks because all I wanted was the stupid large shake that I paid for I've had hair in it and instead I have to take time out of my day to write a crappy review because a product that I paid for had hair in it and I was unable to bring it back that second but I wasn't told I needed to. Anyways wish they would have just gave me the shake when I came back and asked for it but instead I kind of basically just been told I'll look into it and hasn't been done and I didn't get my money back or a replacement shake

Just kind of crappy If you have any thing in your shake make sure to take it back the day of right then and there so I can see it otherwise they will not do anything for you and be rude to you on top of it

We ordered the Hot Fudge Chocolate flavor, but were given Dip Chocolate instead. I asked if it was the Hot Fudge, and a young staff member—who seemed unsure about the menu—responded, “We don’t have Hot Fudge.” Then the woman who took our order stepped in and said, “I asked multiple times—how could you confuse Hot Fudge with Dip Chocolate when we never mentioned Dip?”

My cravings went away!

Was excited to learn there was a DQ by me. Closes at 10:30pm but the chocolate ice cream machine was already shut down by the time I arrived at 9:30pm tonight. Got stuck in the drive-thru. It’s summertime. Why would you shut your machines down early? Won’t be coming back.

I cannot rate the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru but I can't rate the service which was excellent.

Now I got a double cheeseburger with extra onion and let me just say that their cheeseburger for being from a place called Dairy Queen which is focused on ice cream, they make a cheeseburger that is far superior to McDonald's or Burger King or any other fast food place I can think of. Even better than Wendy's.

And this Dairy Queen in particular is better than the other Dairy Queen in Beaverton. In both service and food quality.

I just cannot get over how absolutely freaking delicious they're double cheeseburger was and how I have to severely limit myself or otherwise I'm going to be the next guy on the 600-lb show

My favorite ice cream in the world. But I get so sad because the line is long and slow on warm afternoons and evenings I have to drive through the parking lot amd go home with no ice cream.
