We do drive thru always, as it is easier for my elderly mother. We love their milkshakes, ice cream options, their meal deals, pepsi products, and services.
Kid-friendliness: Some locations do not have seating inside or outside, but that has never stopped my family (while growing up) to be an issue.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, again, depending on the location, but I haven't seen any Dairy Queen to have electric doors for the handicap...

This is by far the best dairy queen I've ever been to before. I go almost every day for my large cotton candy blizzard with extra candy sauce and extra candy pieces and a large chocolate nutter butter shake no whip cream for my husband. There is a lot of younger people/teenagers who work the evenings and they all have great customer service skills and are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and care!!! What a great team they have here!!! Everyone who works here is amazing!...
