Dude do not go on the free ice cream day (March 20th). 3pm-4pm the middle school is actually wild. The kids were throwing ice cream everywhere, passing cars, INSIDE?? These kids smashed ice cream on people's heads. I recommend the drive thru or 11pm-2pm, 5pm-until close. They were also fighting, For. FREE. Ice cream?? It's insane.

Please take this as a warning that I wish I had before going here.
I went last night to try out their garlic Parmesan wings because I love the ones at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was extremely slow even though it was just me and one other customer there. When I got my order and pulled around to take a look at what was inside, I saw that there were bbq wings instead of Parmesan. So I went inside and told them that I had the wrong order. One of the guys working there looked at the cashier girl and said “who messed it up?” No apologies, only bad service. Then it took them forever to make the correct order. After I left I ate but I should have just stayed there and made sure that everything was ok. The fries tasted burnt, which was the first time that’s ever happened to me. I usually love fries but I couldn’t eat these. The garlic parm wings were drowning in sauce and were spicy. I had such bad heartburn last night and my stomach hurt for several hours. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food and I will not be recommending that anyone go here.

This is literally one of the only DQ locations that doesn’t allow online app orders. How is anyone suppose to use their deals and points that are online only? Not too mention blizzards are made worse here than any other location. You get 95% ice cream and the rest of the 5% is toppings. We always prefer to drive the extra distance to go to the one that actually will give us a normal good amount of toppings. If I wanted plain ice cream, I’d order it. On top of all that, they lock and close the lobby doors when ever they can’t handle the load, which makes the drive thru take 30+ minutes and back up on to 127th completely.
And if you’re vegetarian.. forget about DQ food. No substitution options for us.

The kid who took my order was apparently not wanting to be there. Rude is a understatement. When I arrived home I was disappointed to see items I ordered and paid for were not in the bag. This is my experience at this DQ. Hope this review helps

The most plain blizzard ever! Ask for a oreo chocolate brownie blizzard and got (swear on god) like two little pieces of brownie and literally tiny tiny pieces of oreo that honestly felt like they weren't even one whole oreo, the "Chocolate" ice cream was mostly white, it barely even had any chocolate, I love DQ, but this location really needs some improvements

The food is overpriced and sub par while the service is usually slow because they're understaffed or slow working. The attitudes of the teenagers working there can range from nice and polite to short and annoying. Dairy Queen as an establishment is never really worth it unless you want overpriced soft serve with some toppings thrown in.

We went in for an ice cream cake and some food yesterday. The ice cream and food were fine.
We were charged for a fancy ice cream cake instead of the basic one we bought, a $9 difference. The prices are right on the top of the packaging and they put the cake on the counter next to the cashier when we ordered. We were the only people in the store too. I'm not sure how you make this error.
Both of our drinks (different flavors) from the freestyle machine in the lobby were undrinkable. The machine was not dispensing enough syrup and the result was a bitter cup of brown water.
We noticed both issues after driving away and it's not worth it for me to return and try to get a refund while my ice cream cake melts. We only came out to DQ because we wanted the ice cream cake. I'll buy one at the grocery store next time.

Got to the drive thru, placed my order, proceeded to pull forward, now there are already 4 cars ahead so I know it might take a little longer, as we are all sitting in line waiting, an old white guy walks his way around every car and proceeds to the window, not there is one car before it’s our turn, the old white guy walks up to the window and puts in an order, and they take it, now I’m pissed because I have to wait longer now for the food I ordered. The young white guy in the store took the order instead of asking the old white guys to please get in line, there are others before him, but what I saw was “let’s serve this white man before we get to the brown people “, so I left, was not gonna wait any longer I already did. Dairy Queen do better.
Use to go here. One day I’m waiting in the drive through and this old guy tired of the lines inside walks out and cuts everyone off in the drive thru lane. They didn’t care about any of the customers that were waiting in this line just took his order and we all had to wait longer. THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO HANDLE THIS THAN WHAT THEY DID.
The restaurant is very often closed; if you come on foot, they come and wait half an hour to get all the cars. This is something crazy.
