So today 4-13-24 around 4:55pm I went to the drive through with 3 free small blizzard treat coupons , they had been in my car for a while had no expiration date, and were stamped from the store but they did get a little wet so the stamp was smeared and they wouldn't let me use them I was talking to the "boss" (a middle age dude) and halfway through my sentence he rudely walks away like I was done talking when I wasn't done talking and asking how I could get new ones , he clearly didn't want to discuss it with me at all which was so rude!! Also he puffed out his chest like he was some tuff guy, I would have been willing to talk to someone higher up so I could of had them give me new free coupons or codes to redeem because this is unacceptable!! Terrible customer service DONT COME HERE EVER

I read that temporarily in March DQ was bringing back the cherry dipped cone for a limited time. That was not the case ?I ordered a small vanilla cone and a strawberry blizzard $10+Holy cow! ice cream soft serve sure got expensive and no cherry dipp!

It's icecream so we go. Place is dirty. Got a cup of ice water and it tasted like mold, the machine was filthy I would have never by the looknof it but i was so so so thirsty, wish I hadn't mold doesn't tast good and it lingers and staff doesn't care

I love my neighborhood DQ however they really seem to struggle with modifications like “no pickle, no mustard.” Again I got home and there was the dreaded pickle and nasty mustard. I don’t eat there often & really hate that I’m going to have to ask the worker to check my order before they give it to me next time.

I love DQ, but this one is expensive and not well maintained. It's in a bit of a rough neighborhood (my family lives nearby) which isn't their fault. I love their dip cones and Blizzards.
