I think a couple weeks to the menu would be needed. We noticed the same garnish with caviar on both hot and cold dishes. The caviar on the hot pork chop wasn't very pleasing. The pork chop definitely needed a pineapple salsa or sauce with it to cut through the fattiness of the chop and grits.
Enjoyed the Chelo dinner menu for a Valentines Date. The standouts were guacamole plate and gorditas - those alone were well worth the visit! We also really enjoyed the homemade hot sauces served on the side with our meal. Generally, I felt like it was a fairly GF/DF-friendly menu. A lot of modifications were offered.
We went here for Plant-based Papi... absolutely incredible food! The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was slightly too dark for me, but seemed calm and relaxed. I highly recommend!
