Extremely rude customer service. If you experienced what I did here yesterday NO ONE would be supporting this woman owner and her employees. Told a black man inside of the shop he couldn’t come back even though he was standing with money to buy something, completely calm and sweet. She also yelled at a customer to pour their milk faster because she was waiting to use it? How do you talk to your customers like this? Stop giving them your $$!!! Some people don’t deserve it. Also, donuts aren’t even worth it. Go to coco donuts!

Went here for the first time today after moving to Portland a few months ago and it's amazing. Food is great. Owners work on site and we had a wonderful chat about the shop. They also have a wall of fame where they're called out in big publications. Great place!

The donuts are THE BEST and the lady running the place is SO sweet! She'll remember customers for years and is always interested in how people are doing. Love them! I just wished I lived closer so I could come more often.
Fantastic experience getting 12 dozen special jelly doughnuts for hanukkah. Fantastic enthusiastic service, such light airy not overly sweet doughnuts, great decorations, and great price. Will come back!!

A friend of mine used to live just a block away and took me to this donut shop when I was visiting, and I’m so glad she did! The donuts are delicious (they live up to their name lol), and the owners are so kind and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it! I’ve only been once since I live in Salem, but I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Portland and craving donuts, especially because I love supporting small businesses. 🍩💜
