Best ramen broth in the PNW. Richness of the broth is as close as you can get to Hakata style ramen from Fukuoka! Spacious indoor and outdoor seating and they have a set option that gives you a side order of curry rice. They also have draft beer options.
What a gem Kinboshi Ramen is!Bit of a smaller restaurant. If being close to people makes you nervous, I would recommend getting your food to go. There is quite a bit of communal seating. There is outdoor seating as well, but it is not heated.You will order at the register, get a number and find a seat. Second time being here and I gotta say it's amazing. Food is great, prices are decent and the servers are very nice. Only thing I can say if it's packed then seating may be a lil bit uncomfortable but not that bad. Overall great place to eat ramen. Highly recommend.
