This is an efficient table reservation platform that includes reminder features. I received excellent service, with a variety of seating options available. They even took the time to read the notes I included when making the reservation and acknowledged the friend I brought along. đ Additionally, there is a section on their name tags that highlights the regions where the servers were born, which serves as a cute conversation starter and is a nice way to recognize everyone. đ„° I would highly recommend this platformâdefinitely a 12/10!

Nothing wowed us. The âtots' were extremely good, the chicken wings decent variation (basically 3 small wings cut in half to make 6 pieces for $21), mitake mushroom disappointing and albacore nigiri very fresh but sorta tasteless. The test is âwould you go back'...No.
it was aight, they didnât give any birthday special things at all for the dessert.

Epic fail. Service was great however the rest of the experience was unsatisfactory. The halibut was over cooked by about 5 minutes. The veggie rolls were mostly rice, not tightly wrapped and too large for one bite. While the Brussels sprouts were flavourful, they were undercooked. Even the martini was the worst ever. The bartender used sweet vermouth in a gin martini. I background music was not "background" but full on making hearing the members of our party difficult. All of this for $100. We do not recommend.
We hosted a large group in the state room with a fixed menu, family style. The service was great (thanks Janet) the food was delicious, and the drink selection was fantastic. Larger groups and coursed meals can require extra time, so plan accordingly.

What a great venue! The views from the 15th floor rooftop deck are amazing. Food is innovative and the service was impressive. Great place!
Emotions so we came To have a relaxing and enjoyable night and everything was going good. I ordered food when I got the Food
And tried it you could try I didnât like it. I just made a face, and I even Told the waitress nothing against her I was being overly polite and she Made a phase, but she was like all right. I will take your food back But I also told her I didnât wanna order any more food and it took a very long while for her to come out with my Long Island iced tea. I ordered it since I sat down and it was like basically an hour. I thought you forgot about it I didnât make a big scene about it, but when I told her I wanted to cancel the drink too, she said to me â The bartender is making it right nowâ and I replied oh no thank you I just want to cancel it. Weâre trying to go somewhere else and she just gave me the most disgusted look walked away. Stomping came back with the check and threw it on the table and I was like wow rude and she snatched the check went back processed it came back and just was very aggressive with everything she did with us did not even look us in the eye and I just thought like itâs customer service why are you being this aggressive and making it very personal for yourself? I was not rude at all. I was being overly very polite and she just was I guess over me worst experience ever not trying to say anything bad about the food, but it was just not to my liking but ever since Iâve got that service I donât even feel like I wanna go back. I felt very offended because of the server Aaliyah made it a very hostile environment so I really wish I couldnât even put one star I would not put any stars, but I have to, but yeah, she needs a little talking to you about her customer service skills. Itâs not that serious donât take it

If you are ever in Portland, Departure needs to be on your list of places to eat. 10/10 recommend. The service was impeccable! The atmosphere was classy and chill. And the food was phenomenal. Our server made the best recommendations and had some much knowledge about the menu. Will definitely come again the next time Iâm in Portland.

The crab sushi (crab hosomaki) was delicious! So was the avocado chumaki, and salmon uramaki. Also get the wings! We ordered many other items, but these were the stand outs.
Wasn't particularly impressed by food or cocktails and waiting time (to make the order, to get the food) wasn't fast. Also they brought dishes separately and not together for our group. Almost walked into a mirror in the hallway lol
