Ordered chicken flatbread. Took ~35 mins to get the order. Asked for ranch, waited for 10 mins still didn’t get the ranch. Flatbread was burnt, chicken was too dry. Not too pleasant experience, don’t think will visit ever again.

I asked a waitress about my food allergy and she was so unnecessarily rude. I get that it’s annoying when a customer asks about an allergy but trust that it will always be more difficult for me than it is for you. I was looking forward to sitting down and getting a beer and she completely ruined my experience. I wish I knew her name because she should know that she needs seriously fix her customer service skills. Smdh

I ordered a traditional breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the pricing was good ($13), but the food was awful! Potatoes were over-seasoned and the eggs were so gross.

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and acted like it was a burden to assist. I waited far longer than I should have, only to be ignored and then treated rudely when I finally got someone’s attention. Nothing was communicated clearly, and there was no sense of urgency or customer care. I will not be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.

They will default to top shelf liquor if you don't specify, so the prices are outrageous. They say that the prices are equal to the normal place, but that isn't true. I guess you just can't trust airport anything

As a tech-savvy person, the interface for the web-only ordering was bad. Embarrassingly bad. They should fire that web company. Very few options on the menu too. Service and atmosphere were poor compared to real locations. Big yikes.

Tried to order at the bar, told to sit down where I'm going to consume it and order through the app. Your beer isn't that good to be so flippant with customer service. Also it doesn't help that people have all taken 2-3 seats... zero customer service.

The QR based ordering system is abysmal and failed to complete one of our orders. Food is fine, service isn't good due to the fact that they don't even have wait staff, overall a terrible representation of what Deschutes should be.
Edit: Five days later we just received a bill for 20% gratuity for "not closing our tab." We'd closed and gotten confirmation that we had paid, and yet they charged us. I love Deschutes Brewing but they lose a massive amount of respect with this restaurant, just ridiculous.
