As a tech-savvy person, the interface for the web-only ordering was bad. Embarrassingly bad. They should fire that web company. Very few options on the menu too. Service and atmosphere were poor compared to real locations. Big yikes.

The QR based ordering system is abysmal and failed to complete one of our orders. Food is fine, service isn't good due to the fact that they don't even have wait staff, overall a terrible representation of what Deschutes should be.
Edit: Five days later we just received a bill for 20% gratuity for "not closing our tab." We'd closed and gotten confirmation that we had paid, and yet they charged us. I love Deschutes Brewing but they lose a massive amount of respect with this restaurant, just ridiculous.

Online only ordering is slow, a hassle, and WILL NOT ACCEPT AMEX. If you are flying (why else are you here), and using business cards, this spot is not compatible with what you’re doing. You will either miss your flight, not get your food on time, and/or be spending your own money rather than the company dime.
Paid $18 for a terrible Bloody Mary and when I asked the bartender for some more ice she said they are too busy and their ice machine is slow to be giving out extra ice. Rude service, horrible drink. Avoid this place

Rude staff, tried to sit down - waited 15 minutes could not even get a hello - walked to bar in hopes of at least a drink before departure and then told we had to sit down. Bartender was rude and in the perfect place to help this place continue to have horrible reviews.

Nice spot for lunch we had very friendly service wasn’t especially quick but it wasn’t slow either. Ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. Both were tasty. One was a little bit dry but not bad. Fries were good. Nothing special. It’s a nice spot. I like the window seats so you can look out at the airplanes. I would eat here again.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t say this is super kid friendly noises are going to echo in this restaurant so if your kiddos are loud, it’s going to be intensely loud. They have some kid options for food if your kid likes burgers and fries you’ll be fine. I did watch one kid fall off a barstool and knock their head although I think that was more the kiddo than the restaurant.
