Oh wow. I read reviews about this place online so we made a visit when we first arrived in Portland tonight. There was only seating at the bar and that was fine as it was last minute and this place was booked up. The service was great, the drinks just perfect and the food - excellent! My husband was skeptical at first but the more he ate, the happier he was! The heirloom tomato dish with one of the foccacias is a must! We combined the prawns with a tagliatelle- delicious....
We found this Italian restaurant that uses Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors during a stay in a downtown Portland. What a gem! Food was so tasty and so are all the drinks. Nice little quite place to relax and have an enjoyable evening. Highly recommend.
What an awesome meal! My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic meal at Dolly Olive while celebrating our Honeymoon in Portland. The restaurant was a cozy, intimate vibe. The food was excellent, the carrots were definitely a stand out for us! Both Pasta dishes we had were also excellent. Our server Austin was excellent, very friendly and attentive! Would come back for sure!
