The bar is a little crowded, but we were walk-ins so that was ok. The food was excellent, and the servers (and implicitly chefs) were great about explaining ingredients and making modifications for chronic kidney disease diet.
We went here for a birthday dinner. The whole experience was top notch. Kyle made perfect recommendations for how many plates to order, his personal favorites, and suggested a great wine for my wife. The Tagliatelle had to be one of my favorite pasta dishes ever, with the cheese and butter melting perfectly into the homemade pasta. If you want a great spot with the same menu as dolly olive this is your spot. Often easy to walk in with a short wait. Bar seating is great as the staff are very attentive and will accommodate most preferences you have should someone have any dietary restrictions. They know the menu inside and out and can make great recommendations. Get the carrots.

Bar Dolly provides an excellent dining experience with great cocktails, including an amazing house Negroni. The food is delicious, featuring highlights like the focaccia, farro carrot salad, meatballs, braised short rib arancini, and tagliatelle al burro. Desserts such as the ginger cake with apple compote and the olive cake are also highly recommended. The staff is friendly and offers helpful recommendations. While some seating areas can feel a bit crowded due to waiting customers, the overall experience at Bar Dolly is very good, far beyond average bar food. Visitors often enjoy the cozy atmosphere, with dishes like the butter noodle and sliced ribeye, and the excellent advice from the bar staff helps create a memorable night.
