It’s absolutely baffling how much they don’t care about their employees being unsafe. I pulled into their parking lot to pick up an order for carry out and one of their drivers just whips his car in reverse almost hitting me in the process while I have my 5 yr old in the car. I inform the manager of what happened with the license plate and I get treated as if they don’t have a driver with this car and when the driver passes directly by me while staring at me with his dominos hat and shirt on kind of obvious it’s your driver

What a joke. If you pay full price, pizza is made fine. If you use a coupon or free pizza reward.. they cheap out and treat it like garbage. Cut corners barely add toppings or sauce or flavoring on crust. They dont care about the customer.

Since they opened on SW Barbur I have been so pleased with everything. Former New Yorker and over 80s now, no one harder to please. Right? Well after the first year and organizing service, bakers and phone staff the place aces it for me The drivers too are so kind. Sauce got a bit spicier that I prefer but all and all That man who started Dominos and I believe is still an executive of the chain; Can tip his hat For fighting the way to success. In general this place has been good to us throughout the years. So I’m only dinging them one star. We placed an online order tonight and our 8 piece boneless chicken was pathetic - most of the pieces were minuscule. See picture, sauce packet for reference. Not sure if it is related, but for some reason it wouldn’t let us tip on the card so we tipped in cash at pick up. It sure if they gave us small chickens because they thought there was no tip? Now I regret tipping anything at all when I picked up.
Jordan Miller made my pizzas and who knows how many more. This kids had lightning hands as they were super busy tonight. I'd like to give a big shout out to him for keeping his cool, in that busy stressful hour. Good job Jordan, I hope dominoes pizza appreciates you like I do.

Ordered pick up for a movie night! Amazing online deals. The Parmesan bites are chefs kiss! They put the toppings wrong on half my pizza and made me a whole new one!! The above and beyond offers for the remake pizza was generous!! Plus the stuffed crust pizza is really gooood!!

I ordered tonight and my 3 yr old granddaughter chocked on a piece of cardboard that was in the pizza. I called the store and the girl that answered had no apology or anything. The only thing she said was what do you want me to do, you want a refund. I can’t believe how she reacted to this. If I wasn’t able to get this out of my granddaughters throat it could’ve been so much much worse. No sympathy or accountability from the restaurant whatsoever!

This is our favorite Domino's location. Our family has been ordering from here going on 4 years. The staff has always been so kind, and the delivery drivers are always so nice. We have only had 2 problems in the 4 years, and they always made it right. I highly recommend this location 🙂
