Ordered on the app to save time. I ordered 3 pizzas Get notified my order was ready I go to the store give them my name I see 3 pizzas on the ready shelf. They look at it very briefly then ask the person boxing pizzas and they say oh it’s coming up in 7 minutes. 15 minutes later I ask for an update and the same worker asks for my name again then looks at the same 3 pizzas that were there when I showed up and goes oh sorry about that. I responded those were there when I showed up and he was like I was out delivering a pizza. I said you checked me out and told me it wasn’t ready then he walked off. I didn’t have time to wait because I was now late to picking my daughter up Pizza was lukewarm warm as well.

Customer service is the worst never recommended nobody to come over to the Store location it’s mess dirty, smells like molding pizza very mess and smashed all feelings on top of box, I open a box I saw piece of dough. All pizza on top of box, I tried to call a manager in store and she was rude and very behavior talking in the phone unprofessional she hang up phone at me, not wanna hear me, that’s very rude i asked my refunded she hang up phone on me, that’s very rude of her unprofessional customer service she provide to me. Very rude. Driver toke so long to delivery me pizza it’s 5 min away from my house he toke 2 hours to delivery my pizza. He drop off and apologize he takes too long and pizza smashed when I coming back to office he at ready left I try to returned him back his pizza smashed and cold. And totally wrong pizza, I order chicken pizza they delivery pepperoni? This so stupid

What happened? Usually I have no problems with Dominos; apparently that is not the case today. My food came to me as if someone had held it on its side for an extended period of time. Tried to call multiple times and could not get through to a person at all. Overall very disappointed

I was at this specific Dominoes location about two weeks ago. There was one person working, his name is Chris. He was super positive, super fast, helped me right away. He even engaged with me, having a funny conversation. You can tell he cares about his customers and has very good work ethic, which I feel like is hard to find in 2025. I am so late to writing this review because I am busy but either way, I wanted to still write it because Chris deserves to be acknowledged. Dominoes is very lucky to have Chris. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, Chris!

Lol I ordered a medium combination pan crust pizza, and they didn't even put any sauce on it...VERY skimpy on the toppings, large areas of plain crust...this is no exaggeration either...don't feel sorry for every business that fails, Domino's pays flunkies to flip them and their customers off so return the favor

They never get my order right. I'm always missing my sauce for chicken or the wrong one. This time I ordered hot wings and got plain wings but I got my dipping sauce 😤. Fed up im spending my money and the workers can't even read the screen to get correct order or don't care to.

If you are like me and find chain pizza repulsive I suggest trying Dominos pan pizza. It's worlds apart from their normal pizza. It actually tastes good and won't make you hate life with 4 hours of heartburn regular Dominos alwaysl gives me. Give their pan pizza a try the next the kids insist on Dominos and don't forget a 1 topping pan pizza is only $8 if you go pick it up. Great deal for decent pizza from a chain!!
