The Birria and consumé never dissapoint, a majority of the service is very friendly and on top of what they're doing. It can be a very busy spot sometimes, but for good reason. This has become a regular and repeat spot for us for food quality and value.

This little gem is just great. I don't know if this Don Pedro's food truck gets all of their ingredients from somewhere different or if they are just that much better at cooking. I live closer to the Don Pedro's on SE122nd just south of Stark, but I gladly drive up to 122nd & Powell cause this Don Pedro's taco truck is infinitely better.
