We came in on a non-busy day with a party of seven (four kids) and immediately got lectured because our kids had the audacity to sit at an outside picnic table. One of said kids has an immunodeficiency problem that is worsened by gluten. We ordered him a gluten-free order from the place across the street and were immediately lectured that we couldn’t bring “outside food.” Never mind that we had just ordered for the rest of us, never mind that we’ve been customers since the first week they opened, never mind that they weren’t even attending tables, dammit, we couldn’t have one kid with health issues have a meal with the rest of us. So long, Double Mountain. My money will be spent elsewhere.
