Location is great right on woodstock and staff is incredible. I think the pastries are overrated and the prices can be very steep. Especially with my favorite local spot across the street. Still worth the stop for fresh bread and dough you can pick up!
Best bread in town, always fresh & unique. We drive 20 min to get the best bakery goods, well worth the time.
I had the half tuna sandwich and half kale salad with an Arnold Palmer, all of which was tasty. Thankfully I arrived at a calm moment because a few minutes later the place was packed full of folks grabbing their breakfast and coffee (mostly to-go). Next time I go I'll grab a something from their freezer case - ready made pot pies, pie crust, etc.

Grand Central Bakery - Woodstock cafe is a popular spot that serves delicious food and drinks. The bakery offers a variety of treats, including croissants, hot chocolate, and quiche. Their breads are a highlight, and their Cubano sandwich is a favorite among customers. The cafe can get crowded and noisy, especially on weekends, and lines can be long. However, the polite staff and clean restrooms make up for it. While prices may be steep, the food and service are consistently good, making it a great spot for special occasions. The staff is helpful, and the location is great, but some customers have noticed inconsistencies in the quality of the lattes and the size of the breakfast sandwiches.
