Anybody attempting to walk past this location has to walk into the road instead of the sidewalk.
EDIT: You guys responded very promptly, and today the sidewalk was not blocked. Good customer service. Changed my rating to 5 stars.

By far, it's one of the worst dutch bros I've ever been to. I've been to dutch bros all over the country. First off they have a driveway blocked for no apparent reason making it extremely difficult to get to. Then they had 2 employees standing just talking. Not taking orders or providing any service than directing the non existent traffic because apparently this location doesn't embrace the dutch bros attitude. A real disappointment.

After as many times as me & my partner has been here it’s understandably always busy. Unfortunately after trying to give this place multiple chances I have to say this for various reasons- This time in line with multiple people waiting as nice as the staff is you cannot talk to customers for extended periods of time. In line waiting for 20minutes while me and others waited in line with drinks ALREADY READY. Prompting the outside employee to retrieve drinks for those in line. Efficiency is key when you’re coming through the drive-through as people are using resources like their gas, time and money. Everything else up until now has been completely bypassed until this last time- The coffee is never real or strong, I’ve tried it in every way to make it better it’s just not cutting it. You can’t exactly park because the line for the drive-through is literally right in front of all the parking spaces. Coming inside there’s always constant flies & the garbage can is right next to the entryway (not exactly efficient if you’re smelling it while walking in to avoid the line outside) after a year of giving multiple chances with things on the menu, overall it’s just not worth it anymore.
The Dutch Bros on NE Grand is my dealer.
I've tried to get help; I tried to quit—honestly, I did. The 12-step folks turned me away. Apparently, coffee and sugar addiction isn’t "serious enough" for their program.
So here I am, cruising through that drive-thru, knowing I’m going back for my fix. It’s not a crime, but if it were, I’d be behind bars with a caramelizer in hand. Can’t stop, won’t stop—see you tomorrow for my next “pick-me-up.”
I usually give my change to the nice, straggly persons-that -are-experiencing-homelessness. They've been accepting donations for their fentanyl fundraiser since I've been a patron. That drive through— It's prime panhandling real estate!
Vegetarian options: I don't know. What I do know is that being a vegetarian does not make you morally superior. It's a foolish endeavor that accomplishes nothing. Except for make you feel better about yourself.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chairs are not allowed in the drive through. Plus caffeine is bad for cripples.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros location. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The atmosphere inside is so much fun and conducive to studying. This last time I went stuck out to me because the employee on crutches held the door open for me. I should have been holding the door open for her, but excellent care for customers none the less. The employees go above and beyond here. The seating is also quite comfortable.

One of the girls at the front counter was super rude. My moms iced energy drink was the wrong color and my kicker had no coffee taste to it

Always fast and friendly they can customize any order and any drink that you could possibly think of. I always get the Nitro cold brew sometimes a little more sugar sometimes a little less sometimes just cream and they're always willing to accommodate me
Parking: I always enjoy using the drive-thru
Wheelchair accessibility: For wheelchair access you can use the front door when you park in the handicap parking space or you can go through the drive-thru
