I always frequent this Dutch and I've always had good customer service and experience, but today 2/4/24 I went and I tried their Dutch Luv drink for the first time. I took 1 sip and it was very off putting and wasn't good at all, but since this was my first time trying it I wasn't sure what it is supposed to taste like. After trying it I immediately turned around to go back and ask for a different drink in return which I've never done. I paid $7 for the drink and also tipped. When I came back the "shift lead" told me they wouldn't remake a drink for me just because I "didn't like it" and tried to charge me for another drink and I explained to him that it just tasted very off and thats why I said I didn't like it. His customer service skills are very poor. I've always worked in the food industry and with customer service and we always want to make the paying customer feel happy and satisfied. Just the fact that he couldn't give me a different drink was baffling.

The Dutch Bros team on Foster is the best team in the world not only did they make my wife happy but they also gave me towing service because I got stuck in the snow right there in their entrance I appreciate the team so

1- Dutch Bros rocks. 2- the barista remembered my order this morning...even though I moved out of the hood 2 months ago and came in maybe once a month during the year before I moved. Thats quality customer service, and always with some 90s jam I forgot about playing in the background. When people love where they work it shows, and Dutch Bros must be doing something right because I have never had bad service no matter which location, regardless of the time of day, or how intense the rush.
Order taker was very helpful outside walking the line offering order suggestions and facilitating faster service at the window.

What I love about Dutch bros, is I can get a desired drink done the way I want it, which is usually different than what's on the menu. If I tell them what I basically am wanting , they never fail to come up with it in a very yummy version.The employees are super happy, and happy to help you - I have always had great drinks, and great vibes with every visit, noatter the store location. Service was great, lovely young lady at the window, and the price was right. Sadly, coffee was weak, looked like tea, and tasted like dirty dish water. Sorry, even iced coffee should not be see through. Maybe my expectations were too high...I'll stick with my usual mom and pop coffee shop.
