This is now the 2nd location in a week to lie to my face and hand me a dairy milk beverage when I ordered oat milk. Like I can't tell the difference. We even made sure the blender was still available before ordering (because the cocomo with oat milk is made differently). I can literally taste and smell the dairy milk, it's incredibly obvious to someone that CAN'T DRINK IT. This might be the last time I bother with any Dutch Bros, they can't be getting lazy and irresponsible with allergens like this.

Red head in pony tail was very rude. Rushed me to leave window nearly spilled hot coffee on me and handed me all 3 drinks at one time. Maybe move her to order taking vs window? Hope she has a better rest of her day. Today at 12/26/24 morning shift
I love their coffee and their people. lots of caffeine at a great price. By the thr time I finish a small cup I am literally floating.
