Wow the app does not work on my android phone. So I went to Starbucks instead. I love the coffee here but the app is very difficult. I hope you fix it. Because I do like your coffee. But who has time for difficult apps. I sure don't.

I was absolutely appalled at how I was treated at this location. I spend so much money at DutchBros.however,I usually avoid the Hall Blvd location,because I'm always treated so rudely. I thought I'd give this location another chance, but that was a mistake. Extremely rude girl taking my order before the window,wanted to argue about my points,basically saying I was stupid. I should've never returned to this location. You people at the Hall Blvd store,need to get it together.

Employees are always happy. Drinks are so yummy, and always warm me up as the cool fall weather arrives. I often grab an extra to take home and heat up the next day as well! They reheat really well - at least my white chocolate chai latte does! Would love to see more muffins and breads offered (pumpkin, zucchini, banana, etc) like they had before Covid.

i almost always have a bad experience here. i got called mean for not wanting to leave a tip. HE LITERALLY CALLED ME MEAN?it shocked me so much and it wasn’t even in a funny playful way. i’m poor and would like to spoil myself with a drink without being pressured to tip. i also like DOUBLE BLENDED rebels and i asked for one and they made it wrong so what did the broistas do? argued with me then really rudely remade the drink without saying anything to me. i’ve worked at dutch and there’s a difference between hand blended and double blended managers. i’m never coming back to this one because they’re always so so rude. and screw the rude as hell little scrawny gay kid who’s always so freaking rude for no reason so tired of the side eye FOR NO REASON EXCEPT ME NOT WANTING TO TIP EVERY TIME.
