You can customize their sandwiches and it's quic and tasty. Wish there was a decent vegan cheese for the vegetarian sandwiches to swap out. Still a good selection of sandwiches that are vegetarian and can easily make vegan. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-11
The staff is rude everytime I'm here, It's always the same girl

Just wanted to update to add that Cory reached out to me and offered a heartfelt apology plus a full refund.
My wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips on Friday 10/18. We waited for a text like the website said to but didn't receive one. We walked over anyway and as we approached the window the guy asked "are you Randy?". I said "yes" and mentioned that we had been waiting for the text. He said "Uh, no." And slammed the window shut. When. We got home we realized our chips were missing and that my sandwich was very wet. There was moisture in the bag and when I unwrapped my sandwich liquid poured out. It was disgusting. I received a text that my order was ready 9:34am the next day.

Ouch!
Kiosk doesn't allow for special requests or much modification.
Food was practically thrown at us in a dirty bag.
Our order was wrong.
The limited human interaction we had was not positive.
Such a different experience than the last time we went when the lobby was open.
We unfortunately will not return.

Stopped here for the first time today and was absolutely blown away by the selection of vegetarian options. The tofurkey sandwich that I went with is one of the best veggie subs I've ever had. I plan on making this place a regular lunch stop.
Docked 1 star because the 6 inch sub was $12, which feels high to me.

Prices have literally doubled in the last 8 years. Inflation in the last 10 years is only 30%. $13 for a 6inch sub before tip?? No thanks man
My favorite is the vegetarian dip! Sooooo good, it melts in my mouth! This local spot has been my go to sandwich shop for over a decade, you won't be disappointed.

Best French dip ever! All can be made to your taste, though. Sad, there's no seating area anymore. I totally understand why, though.

I review honestly for both good and bad experiences. Unfortunately this is a bad thing.
I used to eat at East Side (all of them) once a week probably. Their prices have gone up considerably and what you could almost get a 12" for you pay for a 6"... And now that's the only size option. I always did a build your own 12" that came out to $15.
Now a 6" of the same is $13.65. The scaling allows for a lot more profit on a lot less product which is great for the owners, not so great for the customers.
Then, the older guy with the beard is a complete jerk. Everyone used to be cool, laid back and genuinely nice. Guess the increase in prices didn't come with an increase in pay but that's purely conjecture on my part.
Still giving credit for a yummy sandwich but there is more to a business than just the product. People, atmosphere and prices matter.

If I’m being honest, it’s just an OK sandwich. Nothing great about it or the price..
