Delicious!
Froyo was good but girl working was dismissive, making it an unpleasant experience.
Closed a half hour early on a holiday weekend
One of the staff members felt pretty unwelcoming. When we walked in, they just gave us a blank stare—no smile, no “hi.” We weren’t even sure if they were going to help us until we stepped closer. When we asked to try a few flavors, same thing—just staring, which felt awkward? At toppings, it felt a little rushed with an “is that it,” almost like we were bothering her.
The yogurt itself was fine, but the vibe made the whole experience uncomfortable. I usually never run into bad service in Portland, so this stood out as an odd and disappointing visit :(
Asked the cashier what she recommended since it was my first time, she replied that she doesnt eat ice cream. Awkward encounter felt like she just wanted us to leave so she could go in back to talking to coworkers in back.
Ice cream and service were amazing. I will definitely be back.
Not self serve like most frozen yogurt shops which removes some of the enjoyment. The flavors that were not vanilla or chocolate were not good. Frozen yogurt and toppings tasted good and high quality.
This place had a really off and unwelcoming vibe when we came in. The person working there gave us a blank and slightly terrified stare until another employee came out and finally said hello. I don't expect to be besties with your works, but don't act like I just walked into your living room without knocking. The ice cream was mid and didn't taste like the flavor it was advertised as.
I got the non dairy chocolate and my husband, the vanilla, and OMG....It was soooo good, and the service was top-notch. A lot of yogurt places that I have gone to don't serve chocolate, for whatever weird reason, so thank you, Eb & Bean. We will definitely be back whenever we're ever in Portland again.
This is by far our favorite ice cream shop in Portland. They always have non-dairy options including something without coconut, which is a rare find.

The service was bad, the food was mediocre, the ambiance was okay. The person working was more depressed than me. And that's saying something. At least it's local.
Very sweet worker! and very good non dairy froyo :))
Very fine experience. The yogurt was good, but the amount you get for the price left plenty to be desired. For a regular size, which was just under $6, I was provided with an amount of yogurt I consider to be underwhelming. Less than a normal scoop of ice cream, for reference in terms of amount. Overall a very passable experience but prices need to go down or amount of yogurt needs to go up for me to consider returning.
Jesus Christ this place is good! It’s 80% better than the other froyo place in town…
Great place to be for frozen yogurt! They've got a ton of flavors, even dairy-free and gluten-free options. The staff is super cool and helpful, and it's got a chill atmosphere. You should def give it a try! Their frozen yogurt is made with organic, probiotic-rich dairy and non-dairy flavors. They also have a huge selection of toppings. It's wheelchair accessible, and they offer dine-in, takeout, and delivery. I admit giving them 4 stars as it’s a bit pricey for such small portions.
