I've been eating here for a couple years now and unfortunately the quality of the food has gone steadily downhill. I ordered a breakfast bowl that included brisket and almost every piece was very tough and stringy. They also very consistently undercook their black beans in any dish they come in. Sorry, no one likes crunchy beans...
Comfort food with a modern twist, great serve yourself coffee and lovely specials.
Cute brunch spot. Good food. Really fresh tasting ingredients.
Really cozy. Staff are super nice plus their french toast if the best! 100% recommend
Local, fresh, comforting, healthy, indulgent, a great value, almost never a wait, with solid coffee. Really good biscuit sandwiches for cheap, perfect French toast and eggs, killer shrimp and grits, skillet hashes etc
I made a grub hub order of five plates and ended up with four. I called to explain the situation and make a request of refund for one of the plates we were charged and did not receive. The manager, rather than apologizing chose to yell at and insult me for a sustained period of time. It was until I called back and explained that I would be filing a police report for theft and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau that he chose to speak to me calmly.litterally all I wanted was an apology and it would have been fine, but he chose to yell at me and get indignant. Highly unprofessional, mediocre food, and verbally abusive manager.

Could t be happier with my experience at Eclectic. Food was delicious and fresh, coffee was hot and plentiful and i had the whole space to myself. So quiet and comfortable on a cold and sleepy morning. Definitely make it a point to come out here whether to make it your neighborhood spot or your morning endeavor for a good breakfast/brunch.
Really good food ! Excellent service
Great coffee, friendly wait staff. The eggs Benedict was fantastic. Nice view of the road, very clean and not overly crowded. Cozy inside with spacious seating and rustic styling kind of like grandma's house back in Ohio. The waitress used the phrases, "what can I do ya for" and "word" which immediately took me back to my childhood. Hells yeah Portland

My boyfriend and I have never been to Portland and came here as the restaurant we planned to go to had a super long wait. What a mistake. The food was honestly terrible. I got a breakfast sandwich and the biscuit was so hard I could barely bite into it. My boyfriend got the cast iron hash and could not have more than a couple bites before feeling like he was going to puke. We left the food. What a waste of time and money. Also the service was very strange and slow. Don’t go here!
If you’re in a hurry, this is not your place. Over an hour for very average, overpriced cisco food. We were overcharged on our bill. I also saw the woman running the show scold the poor waitress several times. This place is archaic in the non-charming sense.
As the name states, the flavor of the food is electic and delightful.
Breakfasts and Specials that are a fair cut above your ordinary offerings at some places, but if you want just bacon and eggs, you can get that at EK, too. An adventure in eating.
Very good breakfast, nice vibe, service is slow and they weren't open on Monday, when there wasn't a stat holiday and everything said they were open.
