The donuts are always hot, fresh and delicious. The chai is amazing. Service is always quick and friendly. I'm still in awe at the birthday dozen deal which is beyond generous.
We had a great time at Pip's. They don't seem to do like "normal" donuts, but they have several cake donuts. I went with 3 friends and we shared two chai flights and two of each donut. We were shocked at how much we like every single item. Everyone was really blown away by the smokey and the floral flavored one, I think chamomile?
