Upon reaching out to the owner on a concern I had, his response was flippant and arrogant and he did not take any time to hear my concern / complaint. I would I suggest frequenting other amazing donut shops in the area that will offer kind service and delicious donuts!

They are tasty little treats, especially the seasonal jam ones. When there is a line, and there's almost always a line out the door, it moves ever so slowly.

Donut's are really good and coffee was alright but the line was to long and way too crowded and wait time was like 5 minutes so it was overall good.

Such a cute donuts and chai place in a cute neighborhood. I got the free dozen for my birthday. So good delicious as well as the Chai is so good ? definitely recommend.

My boyfriend drove down from LA Center, Washington after checking to see if Pip' Doughtnuts was open on his birthday 3/29/24 and he website said they wre open when we got there they were closed said on their door for Good Friday. Went again on Saturday 3/30/24 and they refused to honor his birthday donut saying no exceptions has to b on your birthday. Not very good costumer service after your site says open then drive all that way to have note on door saying your closed and it's your birthday should honor next day. Knowing you were closed on his birthday.
Great customer service...the staff were so friendly. The mini donuts were fresh and tasty . The bacon flavor was my favorite...the sweet and salty combo just did it for me :). The were good as well. The golden chai was prob my favorite. I would've like the chai a bit stronger Good ambiance and comfy seating.

Love the vibe of this place! Cute little doughnut shop that feels cozy. We got there a little after they opened and there were already quite a few people. I ordered the 6 doughnuts with one of each flavor and a Smokey Robinson chai. The doughnuts were fantastic! Nice and fresh. My favorite was the candied bacon maple one. I appreciate how they added an extra doughnut too lol. I definitely could've ate more! I didn't care for the Smokey Robinson drink (I don't usually like chai but I thought I'd try and it sounded good) but I'm sure chai lovers would enjoy it! Workers were friendly and service was quick. A good amount of seating inside.

My husband and I love Pips, probably the best mini donuts I’ve had. They need to open one in Victoria, BC. We’ll continue to come here every time we visit Portland. The staff are so lovely and kind ❤️
