DELICIOUS food that is perfectly seasoned and satisfying in every way. I love Erica's vegan wings and boiled peanuts! Erica has a huge heart and does so much for her community and the world. She is a local hero and we love her so much!!

Man, look at this dump!

Erica has great vegan options comprised of delicious vegan wings w/sauces, such as the infamous ATL lemon pepper wet. She also has several sides as well as a rotating vegan sandwich and/or burger. A well-priced delicacy 😋😋.

Absolutely horrible. My job paid for catering order. They brought us “sliders” in soggy hot dog buns cut in half w/coleslaw. Peach cobbler crust was hard and the filling was obviously canned with no cinnamon. It fell apart by each slice. The greens were terrible.. tasted canned as well. Then there were chocolate chip cookies. Now what was soul food about that combo? To top it off…they came late with no utensils to grab the food. Two thumbs down. Our company voted unanimously to branch out to another business for catering.

I was super excited to try this place but I've tried to go multiple times now and they've been closed.... Even though they say online they should be open. I will probably attempt to go one more time because the menu does sound delicious! ?

We got there at opening and they said the food wasn’t done? What? We had to wait another hour then come back to order.

Our to go meal was not packed properly, they should have lids that fit the paper containers. They used tinfoil and the paper containers got squished and the food oozed out.

We had a fried catfish sandwich which was good, more catfish than bun though.

Black Eyed Peas: maybe a little spicy, not cooked enough, they were aldente.

Grits were grainy and the cheese was not mixed in.

We got green beans because they had no collards; the green beans had too much garlic.
Corn bread was a tiny muffin! But it was good.

This is a gem for Portland. Erica is genuine, and her food is even better than her personality... which is a feat. I highly recommend coming through and getting the catfish sandwich.

ATL wings were straight ???

Where do I even begin. Everything I ate had a freakish amount of salt in it. Some of it (most of it) was borderline inedible. I found the cole slaw to be particularly foul. What's worse is the attitude this women radiates. I've never seen unprofessionalism and narcissism go hand in hand until now. I partly wonder if all of these positive reviews was a resounding act of Erica scaring her customers into five stars. I truly hope I caught her on an off day, because I really do respect the hustle of running your own place. That being said, you can't treat any customer like trash and expect them to return.

21$ for a catfish sandwich?! How? My order totaled to 38$ for dried out chicken wings and a dry sandwich- my kids were not happyMake that make sense?! Might as well go to Ja’Das at least they gonna make sure you straight.
