Was super stoked to eat here after the Eater article. Food was decent, not good enough to survive in a more bustling neighborhood of Portland. Service was execution only - no additional conversation or insight despite the restaurant being newer. Drinks were lower in volume and not impressive. Bit of a let down.
A very memorable birthday dinner! This is a fine dining experience first and foremost. Though I usually do have some dietary limitations (gluten, egg, dairy) I could pretty much ignore my usual vigilance because of their inclusive yet refined, elegant, and unique menu preparation. They also made it easy to share our plates amongst all of us.
