I found this place during a Westmoreland urban walk......and what a great find!!!!!Located along Bybee Blvd. ,close the intersection of Milwaukie Ave. ,this location was conveniently situated about halfway into my neighborhood ramble.The great heady smell of " butta" is the first smell that greets you as you enter Twisted. Holy cow! Today I bought a butter croissant and a baklava custard pie with citrus. The croissant was exactly what you should expect in a croissant. VERY flaky but fluffy and buttery inside. Delicious. Now, the custard pie: unbelievable. It's hard to describe how good it is. It's not served chilled so I highly recommend that you take it home and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
