Service was alright but my food came to the table cold and the biscuit was super doughy and clearly undercooked. Same with the pancake. Everything tasted frozen which was really disappointing for the price. I would not come back here again or recommend it. :(

Food was good. In comparison to some other places we've visited recently the service was uninviting verging on disrespectful. We definitely didn't feel welcome. It was busy but not overly. Fun place to take kids and play I Spy. Parking is a challenge but it's fun to stroll around the village before and after.

I’m from Texas and me and my other friend from Texas decided to try this place because it looked like they had some good southern food on their menu. Walking into the place the decor is super cute with license plates all over. It looks like a traditional fun little diner. Our server was super nice and responsive. My friend and I decided to split a chicken fried steak, biscuits, gravy, couple eggs, and a pancake. W
hen we received it the chicken fried steak looks like a little frozen patty that the school lunches serve and it didn’t taste much better. Definitely not a southern style chicken fried steak. And the biscuit which was stated on the menu was homemade was completely white in color and slightly doughy. So my friend asked really nicely to one of the ladies behind the counter if it could be popped in the oven a little bit longer because they were undercooked. She took the biscuit away came back a few minutes later with the biscuit steaming and she stated she’s never gotten complaints before and she thinks it’s cooked fine and she just heated it up real quick in a defensive tone.(aka stuck it in the microwave and now it is undercooked and tough). We noted that feedback is not appreciated or accepted. These biscuits were completely undercooked and had no flavor whatsoever so if you appreciate good biscuits, don’t try theirs unless they figure out how to cook it properly. The rest of the food was ok, but I was disappointed overall. Our main waitress was nice and I see all these good reviews so I’m willing to go back and try some other food from there, but I’m going to avoid all southern style food. They do not do that well at all. Hopefully the defensive, slightly rude lady behind the counter isn't an a staple there.

The atmosphere is quirky, for sure, but doesn’t make up for the mediocre eggs Benedict I was served this morning. It was quite disappointing to find the Benny dished up with a warm (not even browned) slab of Sysco hash browns. My bad; I forgot to ask or I would avoided the tasteless chunk of starch, but it fit well with the hollandaise sauce which looked and tasted like it came from the same source as the hash browns.

There used to be many places like this, but now they are somewhat rare. The vibe here is nice and welcoming. The decorations and memorabilia on the walls are fun. I ate a cowboy style breakfast that was covered in gravy while talking about classic cars with my friends. Thanks for the great food and great service with smiles. ? I'll be back soon.

We have been here a few times since moving to the area, but the last time was 3 or 4 years ago. Compared to the memory of it from then, the place really has gone down quite a few notches. The food was barely warm, the portions were tiny, the biscuits were near solid and had zero color to them, and the $4.50 sausage gravy on the side couldn't have been more than 1 or 2 ounces. The overall value for the money was pretty terrible. $3.50 for a burnt and watery coffee, and if you get a refill it must have been a mistake. We were approached 3 times while sitting, not including the check. Drink order, food order, then food delivery. The only other interaction was asking for more coffee when they brought the check because they don't seem to care otherwise.

When we walked in, we were greeted by one server and told to sit wherever we'd like. After sitting, we noticed a few flies, no big deal I guess, people come in and out all of the time. Drink order from the same server, you can tell she's new, but she's pleasant. The rest was with the other server who was rude, dismissive, and generally didn't seem to care if we were there or not.

This might have a quirky atmosphere, but the quality has tanked and puts it right on par with a halfway decent Denny's or IHOP.

Loved my breakfast burrito. It was hard to choose on this menu-there are a bunch of things that I want to come back to try.

Whelming. Simple breakfast took over 35 minutes, and the hashbrowns weren't even hot, just warm. Omelet had brown spots. This is not the place it was 12 to 15 years ago. It's an ordinary diner, now. It's not worth the trip.

We wanted to try a local diner but was just ok. The coffee seemed watered down, fish-n-chips did not have much flavor (no malt vinegar). Their pancakes/French toast was bland. I was quite surprised at this recommendation. We gave it a shot but will not be returning especially with all other dining options in the area.

Awesome local family owned restaurant. Great wait staff always friendly. Always crowded, put your name on list. Located in village central. Breakfast / food is always great. Kid friendly. Added plus because they are hockey fans!

Had a wonderful breakfast here. It's a cute, small diner with lots of fun license plates on the walls and other road-style decor. They have a fantastic menu selection with lots of options for vegans and vegetarians such as the Vegan Sizzle, Veggie Scramble, Florentine Eggs Benedict, etc. There is indoor and outdoor seating and street parking in the area. The food was very top quality and the service was outstanding from everyone who came by our table. I highly recommend this place!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options such as Veggie Scramble, Breakfast Burrito, Vegan Sizzle with Vegan chorizo sausage and veggies on top of hash browns, Eggs Benedict (Florentine)

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Love the atmosphere of this crazy overload of signage. The service was really nice and speedy. The meals are like an old school diner with nothing too fancy yet really down to earth. The gravy was good too.
