We had been to Firehouse several years ago and decided to go back for another visit. We were not disappointed. Attentive service and great food . We had the four alarm pizza and blistered green beans. Both were awesome.
This restaurant has a cozy inside atmosphere. The dining area is lovely with an open concept kitchen. The food was a robust blend of flavors from smokey and fire roasted, to salty and light. I recommend the coal roasted carrots, the ricotta added a sweeter contrast to the smokey roasted flavor. The service at this establishment was quick and constant. The staff is laid back and knowledgeable.
This location was discovered through Resy and offered a remarkable experience right from the start. The customer service was impressive, and the food was particularly noteworthy for its excellent flavor. Additionally, the ambiance created a pleasant atmosphere, and our server (George) provided outstanding service throughout the visit.
