Had the seasonal Thanksgiving sandwich...I'd give it a 6 out of 10...overall I spent nearly $20 for a mediom sized sandwich, chips and drink...plus tip and round up...seems rather high...

I went to lunch with my kids, and they ordered the meatball sandwich, and I had the Italian sandwich. The sandwiches are great, but their prices are a little high in my opinion. The atmosphere is is pretty laid back, and it was very clean inside.

Dev Lynn....was rude. No thank you. No have a nice day. Just a pissy, uninterested pink haired gal. 4 girls working and not one customer in the place. Not surprised.

Rolled into FH Subs for the first time today. Pastrami only sandwich, pickles, cheese and yellow mustard. Team was super pleasant, but I was still standing after 10+ min with single person ahead of me. GF had 9 people ahead of her next door at Chipotle and came over to find me, still waiting five min. The sandwich received was definitely not what I ordered as noted in the photo. (I added mustard before noticing) Again, super nice staff but ambling speed and wrong order put me off. Maybe another chance sometime.

Love what they stand for. But very slow service on multiple occasions which as a delivery driver loses me money and upsets the customers. If it takes longer to prepare food, the estimates given to DoorDash should be updated so people aren’t waiting for half an hour when the all said it would be ready.
