I came to eat here because I thought Five Guys would be good. Don’t get me wrong, the food was okay, but it was really soggy, and the customer service was awful. The place was even worse, as soon as I walked in I had cleaned my table and it was very dirty, I would recommend if you come eat here to bring your own wipes to clean the table!
Such a fun dining experience! All the staff I have encountered on my visits have been great and very nice! The lady manager is Ashly she has Ben there every visit of mine for months I com every Thursday night and always is bright and smiling , I watched her have nobody working with her all alone and now a bunch of people working with her and her service never changes, smile, happy, energetic and my food is excellent each and every time. I will keep being a lifetime Thursday...
usually five guys is a regular favorite, but I was off put today by a (presumably) manager talking loudly on his phone while pacing around the entire dining area. The food was not as good as usual and I dont know whether it was my own inability to enjoy it with pacing going on or whether the cooks were understandably a little off their game with a manager behaving so rudely and oddly.
