I have recently discovered Fly Awake and am so glad. I stop in about once a week for a tea service whilst I read, journal, brainstorm, dream, sit in the sun, and/or people watch. It’s a great spot and the teapushers, for lack of a better word, are knowledgeable and attentive. Stop in for an hour or three and enjoy some delicious tea!

Fly Awake Tea House is a unique and quirky spot tucked away in an alley, offering a great selection of Chinese tea and a fun, slightly industrial loft-like atmosphere. This neighborhood gem has been a local favorite for seven years, known for its fantastic puer and white teas, as well as its unpretentious and welcoming ambiance. The knowledgeable staff steeps the tea for customers, creating a relaxed and inviting environment. Fly Awake PDX is a super cozy and cool spot for tea lovers. This place is super cozy and located on an alleyway off of Mississippi. The tea is excellent and fresh - served gonfu style. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is immaculate. It's a great place to visit by yourself or with friends.
