It was nice, good food and nice people. Frank was there and was gracious and kind. It was a pleasant experience, if I've ever back in the area, I'd eat here again.

We got the sesame chicken with noodles and the noodles were absolutely excellent. I can't stop thinking about them after I had left.

Lovely, chill place we found visiting from out of town. The chicken broth noodle soup was divine on a cold and rainy day! Hand-pulled noodles were delicious!

Victorian style home converted to restaurant. Cozy and small dining area. The FOOD IS DELICIOUS. Frank described it as Northwest China style of cooking. We had wonton soup, Mongolian noodles, pork belly noodles and beef rice. Everyone loved the food!

A friend recommended this place and I finally got to try it today. The food is amazing!!! Best noodles and beef I’ve ever had (I got the chicken breast hand pulled noodles as well as the Mongolian beef) The service was super quick and the staff was very friendly! 10/10 recommend.

The noodles are authentic Chinese, just like I enjoyed in Northern China. This is the only place in the US that I have found these unique noodles.
Little over priced.
Parking: Street parking only if there's a spot

We had an unfortunate experience at your restaurant. We ordered a couple of noodle plates, which were really disappointing in both taste and quality. To make matters worse, when I paid at the cashier, I was denied my change. Despite my request, the cashier insisted on keeping it as a tip without my consent. This kind of service was very frustrating.

Frank's is a Portland staple. Amazing authentic Chinese cuisine that will have you coming back again and again. The made to order hand-pulled noodles are by far the best. I think about this place at least every other day.

Service was great! The waiter was very nice and attentive. Food was very disappointed. The noodle is mediocre, especially when it’s called a noodle house. Dumplings were literally the worst I had in my life, obviously leftovers, not fresh at all. Overall quite disappointed.

This was the worst Chinese food ever!
Small, overcooked shrimp wit way too much batter and an orange sauce.
And what are those freeze dried noodles???
