Pearl did the catering for my mother's Celebration of Life. First off, I'd like to thank Natalia for walking me through the process and being SUPER flexible on everything. We did the scalloped potatoes, spinach salad, chicken and salmon. Everyone loved it. They met the moment and completely delivered. Shout out to Jose and his crew at The Foundry! A marvelous experience.
