Nomnomnom Nomnomnom Nomnomnom hand pulled noodles are awesome! You can dial up/down the spice to your liking also!Parking: Street parking could be challenging at peak eating times
This is a simple little noodle house that's a short walk from the hotels around the convention center. Worth the walk I'd say. The food was good and somewhat unique. Keep the tums handy though, beside everyone in our group had some indigestion later on. The atmosphere left a little to be desired but the service was nice and nobody went hungry.

Frank's Noodle house is the best Chinese food in NE and maybe the best in Portland. Great food that never disappoints.I'm pretty sure Frank would have preferred the Covid to go only rules were made permanent though. Not much of a dinning room at this location.

Amazing! Absolutely delicious food. I could eat their noodles every day! Generous portions, amazing noodles, great flavor, fast service and squeaky clean restaurant.
I went here from a random recommendation. It exceeded my expectations. The food came out super fast, like crazy fast. It was extremely tasty and a very generous portion. I will be back for sure.

Food was ok, but service wasn't great considering they weren't that busy. Asked for spicy noodles and got mild.

I am so disappointed with this place. I got the vegetarian hand-pulled noodles and it looked and tasted very bland. It was just noodles with no sauce, wet lettuce, and two tiny slivers of celery and green pepper. It was truly so bad.

Ordered string beans, chicken chow mein and orange chicken - $50.String beans were over cooked mush. I couldn’t put a fork through them.Orange chicken meat was terrible - like coated jerky meat. Do over needed with quality.Noodles w/ chicken was much better and is the only dish I would order again.
