Hands down the best noodles I’ve ever had. Both locations have texture and flavor that just hits your tastebuds. They also upgraded their spicy levels if you dare to a good challenge. Staff is always paying attention to people’s needs, wants, and suggestions which is rare nowadays. I recommend trying out the spring rolls & the beef hand pulled noodles as it’s my personal favorite combination.

First time in Portland and this place exceeded my expectations…the food was incredibly tasty and would recommend this place for breakfast lunch and dinner and the customer service was excellent definitely coming back every time I’m in town again

LOVE Frank's Noodle House. The review summary doesn't do it justice. I know this is a family-run labor of love because I see Frank greeting guests almost every time I'm there (and they have 3 locations!!). He's so welcoming and friendly. The noodles are thick and delicious and homemade. Highly recommend this local gem!!
