Comfy atmosphere. Good food. Great service.
Had fish and chips, food was very warm, but the fish was a bit overdone. Wait staff never came back to check on me to see how I was doing. Nice to see the Oregon Ducks signs all over.
I enjoy video poker here every now and then sometimes it's full but usually it's just a laid back easy fun time.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say the service is always great and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Rates are convenient and they serve big portions.

Gaffer's fish is the best. I haven't found any like it anywhere else in Oregon. The rest of the menu...so so. Like some said, not many veggies or variety of side disher offered. But the fish beats all.
Gaffer's Fish & Chips has the BEST fish chunk basket. You get 9 good size chunks of fish and a good amount of chips (fries). I ask for extra lemon and get EXTRA lemon. The waitress/bartender that was there today, Saturday 1 pm, is the BEST. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but SHE remembers us and knows our food order and we hadn't been in for 5 months (we moved out of the area). She even told us but the other Gaffer's that is closer. Way to go!
