Johanna is skilled, kind and a joy to be around and learn from. I took a cooking class from her recently and it was really helpful. I have a ton of food sensitivities and feeding myself can be very overwhelming. Johanna not only offered me a bunch of pracical tips, tricks and recipes, but she also inspired me back into a loving, joyful relationship with my how I feed and nourish my body.
