The person with glasses and tattoos that works the register was so nice and helpful when I came through with my two kiddos. He asked questions I wouldn’t have even thought of with my child’s hot chocolate that I appreciated. Great local location, everything was really good.

Been coming here for years, everything is so delicious! Only complaint is the new people that make the lattes just don’t make them as good as before. My last couple lattes tastes like something I can make at home. They definitely gotta froth that milk better.

If youre gonna be out of everything except for 2 things on the menu and get frustrated at customers coming in a whole hour before you close, telling people its “take out only” then just shut down the shop please. Bad experience. The guy working was rude to me as I was trying to order a sandwich at 3:00 yesterday , both workers acting like they didnt want anyone coming in and were “out” of anything hot. They were putting everything away cleaning, they should start that at 4 if thats when you say you close. I can feel the employees stress everytime ive ever came here. Across the street is a much nicer cafe…

Typically I love Grand Central bakery but the last few times I have gone the quality of the food and baked goods has really diminished. I have been going here for years so it's a shame

I love this place but each time I go it takes longer and longer to get my food.. Also, I always get the same thing. Breakfast bacon egg and Gouda on a biscuit. The past 2 sandwiches have been smaller and not as heavy as always! I really hope they aren’t shrinking the size of the biscuits :(

Amazing atmosphere, smells fresh and warm when you walk in. The pecan pull apart is to die for - didn't get any pics of that as that was the first thing I finished

My pregnant wife asked the cashier to slightly cook her eggs a little more out of fear of listeria; additionally, I asked for tomato relish (a grand central staple). When it was served to us (a lengthy 25 minutes later)at the counter, my wife immediately looked at her order turned around and sadly exhaled and said, "they didn't cook it." The worst part was the cashier overheard my wife and choose not to do anything. I also found no tomato relish on my order. Service has nose dived here, won't come back. The one off Multnomah village is still rock solid.
