Grand Central Bowl, Arcade & Sports Bar

We had a great family night here. We went on a Wednesday early evening. Great service. Bowling and arcade games were fantastic. The food was so good! No wonder I saw people getting food to go from here. We had the spicy chicken sandwich, wings & fries, and the turkey club. We were all so impressed with the food. Not a cheap night, but a great family night.

My server Isabella was charming, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home. The service was excellent. She recommended excellent food and cocktail pairings that really hit the spot.

Overpriced for poor customer service and watered-down drinks.

Let me start by saying the woman at the bowling desk was fantastic, helpful, friendly, and full of energy. She was easily the highlight of our visit.

Unfortunately, the experience at the bar was the complete opposite.

We ordered drinks while upstairs in the arcade, but they never arrived. After about 20–30 minutes, we paused our games and went downstairs to check on the order. We were then told that someone had gone to the store to buy mint because they had run out. (uh, okay..)

The bartender seemed bothered by our presence and simply said, “I can make you something else if you want.”

At that point, it had already been around 45 minutes, so yes, I wanted something else. I asked for the same drink without the mint.

When the drink finally arrived, I took a few sips and realized it tasted extremely watered down. Since I had paid for it, we went back downstairs to ask about it.

Instead of being met with professionalism or even basic curiosity about why I was dissatisfied, the bartenders were rude, dismissive, and condescending.

I understand that sometimes a drink can’t be remade or refunded if it was prepared according to recipe. That’s not really the issue. The issue was the attitude. Customer feedback shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience.

For the prices being charged, I expected much better service, communication, and quality.

Stopped in with my son for a quick lunch. Food was great, establishment was clean, and Jessica our server took excellent care of us. If you find yourself on Morrison Grand Central is the place to check out.

Just had my second experience here and it was by far the best. From exceptional customer service, car, attitude, atmosphere, attention to detail & going above and beyond. I can say JESSICA exceeded all of that. Great person all in all. Thank you for a great experience! Ps.. and Mothers Day treat! 💝

We needed some time to kill before heading to the airport, and we're so happy we found this place! From the moment we got there, both the manager and the host greeted us with a smile. We sat at the bar, and Jessica was fantastic. Very personable, we exchanged some laughs and she took great care of us. Highly recommend this place!

Great experience watching March Madness. We chose to sit at the bar but could have just as easily and readily sat at a booth. Jessica was our server and bartender. She was fantastic! Attentive, funny and engaging. Food (burgers and fries) was good and came quick. Nothing too spectacular about the food but it was good and as expected.

Booked a few lanes. Hourly lane fees are overpriced. They ask for a tip on the bowling fees before you even get started.

We’d checked in & paid early, when we came back to request our shoes, they made us wait around in an awkward bunch to get us our shoes since there were 2 other groups waiting to get checked in. While I understand things can feel overwhelming, the quality of service felt lacking and made our group feel confused. They weren’t even fully booked.

At the lanes, food & drink service was just ok. Cocktails were expensive. When we couldn’t find our server and tried to order a drink at the bar, they said they didn’t really “do that.”

All in all, everyone had a great time bowling and spending time together. They let us have our own tabs and the vibes were good.

Tipping on the bowling fees is ridiculous, especially considering we’re paying $60/hr/lane. While there aren’t a ton of options in the area for bowling, I don’t think I’ll be back.

I’ve never been to a bowling alley where the game system didn’t actually work… this was honestly a mess.

At first, it kept switching up our names—someone would bowl, and it would randomly assign the turn to a different person, so we were basically playing each other’s games. We asked for help, and while they “fixed” the names, the scoring was still completely wrong.

For example, my partner knocked down a ball and there were still three pins left, but the system counted it as a strike. This happened multiple times, so by the end, the scores were totally inaccurate and made the game pointless.
On top of that, they didn’t offer us any extra time to make up for the issues on their end.
Overall, really frustrating experience.
