Super delicious Philly cheesesteaks! Went there twice in a row. It actually tastes better than the original from Philly.

Two sandwiches. One side of fries. Over $40 for the most abysmal sandwich I've had, probably in my entire life. I'm not being dramatic. I've never felt this compelled to make a review in my life. The classic cheesesteak was soggy, the meat burnt. little to no flavor. You are out of your mind to expect $20 for this. The fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and were near-burnt. I don't know how they've been in business this long. Sincerely, this was the absolute WORST sandwich I've had in Portland. Again, not trying to be dramatic but I am severely disappointed paying almost $50 for something I can make better at home. They don't deserve to be in business. Anyone that likes this is delusional.

This place is cute, and the food is acceptable, but not for the price. $20 for an average Philly before drink, sides, or tip is INSANE. I had a full breakfast with a milkshake for the same price right down the road. Foods okay, service isn't the worst, prices make no sense.

Honestly worst experience ever. Will never go back. Would like to talk to the owner honestly. Some shady employees you have working for you. Yikes! (I would like to speak with the owner not the strange store manager that isn’t helpful and very weird)

I called to order a vegetable philly and when I receive the philly it's full of tofu in which is not a vegetable at all its TOFU.. so I call and talk to the lady and she says bring the sandwich and we'll make it with mushrooms... I get all the way back to the restaurant and they tell me we can't make it over smh what a waste of time and money... they waste not only time but my gas as well and never even tried to fix the order at all. This place is bad for business.

Kinda quiet, friendly and sociable staff and owner. Great sandwitches!Dietary restrictions: sandwiches. Are still super tasty without cheese/dairy.Parking: I've always been able to find parking easily. But there are limited spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to front door.

Good philly, Diane was friendly and nice. Would be a regular place to eat if I lived here.
The Philly cheesesteak was mouth watering and it did not let me down what so ever.An absolutely fantastic experience, they have these cheese fries with bell peppers, onion, & meat covered in Nacho ? Cheese, Need I Say More.. The Really nice Lady Diane was such a pleasant woman to talk to plus her daughter (assuming) Danielle I think I heard her say was very kind and lifted my mood with her smile and positive attitude my whole experience was so great and uplifting I have a family member in the hospital across the street & those two women brought me so much joy and happiness and sunshine on such a gloomy sad and worrisome day. So I personally wanted to say you changed my day from bad to amazing just by a little conversation from the both of you!! Thanks?Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp from 23rd Street level sidewalk that goes down to the diner.

WOW! Firstly, the service was great, I was treated like a grandson at a family reunion. And then there's the meat... no one else in town seems to understand how absolutely fine you must chop your meat. This was the best sandwich I've had since I was a kid back home. Please do yourself a favor and try this place. They take cards, and you can call in your order, but if you can bring some cash, do so, because those credit card fees are no bueno.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environmentWheelchair accessibility: Ramp from the sidewalk

We LOVE eating here. The philly cheesesteaks are sooo good, we drive all the way out to the Portland location from the burbs to come eat lunch here when we can. The staff and the owner are also very friendly. If you have a craving for a philly cheesesteak sandwich, i highly recommend coming out to Portland off 23rd.
