Hana Japanese Bistro offers a great experience with delicious food and enthusiastic staff. They serve a variety of rolls, including the popular Tempura Veggie for vegetarians. The Tofu and Veggies yakisoba noodles are a must-try. The sushi is of great quality, especially the boat option that comes with side rolls. A super nice place with excellent veggie sushi choices and cooked options.
Hands down the best sushi in Alberta/NE Portland area, with consistently delicious fresh fish. The chutoro is a standout, and the Alberta bento box with miso makes for a perfect light lunch. While prices are a bit high, the omakase boxes and fish quality make it worth celebrating special occasions. Service can be slow with only one server, but the experience remains great. Some guests even receive on-the-house items, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
