The customer service was excellent. However, the recipes and quality of the sushi / fish were pretty disappointing. It is rare that four people agree, but everyone agreed the customer service was great but quality of fish / food was poor. Far too expensive for the price.

I haven't had food poisoning this bad in a long time. Had the pork gyoza and tempura shrimp roll. I got super sick an hour and a half later. My friend called the restaurant in case they need to throw something out. They said they're shifting to new ownership soon. I guess that could be a reason(?), but I'm not going back.

I've been going to Hana for about 3 years and it has never been bad. The sushi is amazing and they have the best shrimp tempura I've ever had!! The service is great and the waiter with the beard is really nice. 100/100!
Dinner meal with wine, sushi rolls, and a yakisoba/chicken main dish were all excellent. And adding to the high quality was the hot temperature of the dish coming right to the table. No tepid food like so many other places.Server was friendly, attentive, and not intrusive. Our second visit. Many more to come!

Hard to overstate how delicious the salmon here is. I have gone in solo for the amazing lunch deals before and was enticed back in for dinner hours by the incredible salmon. Got the salmon box to split with a friend. It was a great amount of food for two, though neither of us were starving at the time- if we were, I think just an extra roll or small appetizer would have fit the bill, which is great because the food is so delicious it would have been a great opportunity to try something else. I say that, but I'll admit I probably would have just gotten another salmon roll, because the salmon is just that good.
For the algorithm: menu items are very clearly labeled as gluten free or gluten-free-optional, and tamari is available upon request.
I wish I could review other items on the menu but I can't help but order salmon every time!
