This was my first time at a carousel style sushi place and it was the best! I wish more all you can eat places would do it this way. I was able to look at different rolls and try things I wouldn't normally have tried just based on name alone.The chef was great at helping identify what some items were and the food tasted very fresh.The crispy California roll was so creamy and better than any other deep fried California roll I've ever had. The nigiri had nice thick pieces of fish on top and the other rolls were full of flavour.I wish we were local so we could come here more.

I wish I had known about this place the last 3 times I had been in PDX. It was much cleaner with fresher fish than the other places we have been to around the Pearl. I'm in love with their seared tuna and macrons! Will be back when we're visiting again!

Sometime during the Covid pandemic, the Hana Sushi spot replaced another sushi bar set up where the plates go around the room on a conveyor belt. The only difference between the two is a slight uptick in the quality of the food.While the sushi at a spot like this is never expected to be first class, it is great for what it is.I look forwards to stopping here when I am in the area.

Never coming back to this sushi restaurant. The fish was room temp easy way to get salmonella basically a speed run to get sick. Although the waiter was very nice the flies in my soy sauce weren't. I asked for compensation since my girlfriend's appetite was long gone as soon as I told her about it. The waiter kindly said she would ask the boss and so she did and supposedly he responded with only giving us a 25% discount. This is unacceptable I have never gone to a place where the restaurant owner didn't care about his customers. I am truly dissatisfied and wished I got a full refund. Anyhow I will not be going to this restaurant anymore. P.S If you're looking for sushi around Portland, DON'T COME HERE
