THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE.

Eating in was a little uncomfortable, they’re not paying much attention to the upkeep in the main dining room (some of the furniture is in rough shape). This is the end of any criticism I have.

If you like tofu, get the salt and pepper (they have it as “salty pepper tofu” on the menu). It’s marvelous. The general tso’s tofu is also quite good.

I’ve only been here once, and while I don’t think I’ll dine in again I will absolutely get takeout.

This is a neighborhood bar that has excellent food and the classic bar atmosphere. Outside seating for people watching.

I love this place and I’ve been going here for a long time. My boyfriend and I were having a lazy day and it was super rainy outside, we decided we wanted to watch movies and eat Chinese takeout. We got combo plate #2, veggie lo mein, a small hot and sour soup and a small egg flower soup. If you know where your expectations should be, this is super affordable awesome Chinese takeout. And you get a ton of food for the price. The veggie lo mein and the sweet and sour pork were my favorite.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! There are so many choices that it’s almost hard to decide what to eat. The service is absolutely excellent! The servers are absolutely wonderful and kind and helpful. As I am blind, I asked them if I came out there by myself, would they help me get the food and they said absolutely that they would. I really love this restaurant.

Very underrated Americanized Chinese food. I would say it’s not like oh my gosh to die for or call your mom home about but it’s pretty good and cheap. The restaurant environment is pretty old and run down definitely needs a face lift but overall good food and experience. The main lady at the front counter is nice, direct and doesn’t fuss over things that aren’t important. Back patio provided for smoking if needed and they have a gambling room connected to the main dining room. Will come back and eat again

Very good tofu, batter was a little too heavy in the egg plant but otherwise was good. Would recommend.

This place is unbelievable. It's like a time capsule. For those who are old enough to remember going out for Chinese in the 70s and early 80s, this is it. Heavily Americanized but they do it right. Very hearty portions minimally seasoned. Everything is on point though. It's like someone's granny made Chinese food for dinner. House lager for $2.50 a pint..... it's one of my favorite spots

My mom's pork fried rice tasted burnt but her Subgum was good. I really liked my Mongolian beef. We got egg flour soup but never not had green onion in it, but it did have corn.
The staff was really friendly. I was shocked how generous their portions were for the lunch special, and the low price.
